For the winter season, the Zoo sauvage opens the doors of its main restaurant “Chaudrée des bois” during the holiday period, the weekends of January, February, March, spring break and Eastern.

You can to also purchase hot beverages and snacks at the Train station boutique, located near the Nature Trail Park as well as Welcome Centre vending machines in the Boréalium.

If you like, you can bring your own lunch to eat at the Zoo site.

La Chaudrée des Bois


This cafeteria type restaurant is located near the Arctic Tundra. The large dining area offers a breathtaking view of the rivière-aux-saumons. Menus to please everyone: healthy meals, local specialties, fast food and bar service. 

Groups may book a specifically reserved dining room and savor a nice meal served directly at the table.

Visitors can withdraw cash at the Boréalium ATM
